Weekly check ins help you stay on track and helps us see if your program is working for you and what changes need to be made to keep you moving towards your goals!
Basic Online – Check-in every Wednesday before Noon
Individualized Online – Check-in every Wednesday before Noon
Team — Check-in every Thursday before Noon
*You will receive a check-in response from your coach the same day if it is emailed by or before noon. If your check-in is sent after noon, your response will be emailed within 24 hours.
Cancellation notice – If you wish to not continue we ask for an email to be sent 30 days before your next payment. In your cancellation notice please let us know why you are choosing to cancel and how we can improve our online program for future clients.
3 month commitment – This is simply a realistic time line for most to see progress. At the end of the 2nd month we ask for you to let us know if you will NOT be continuing after the 3rd month. We want to make sure the 3rd month will set you up for success on your own
